Worldwide distribution as Central Agent
As your Central Agent, we place your yacht in the most exclusive international systems. We work hand in hand with leading retail agencies worldwide to reach solvent, quality-conscious charter clients directly. Your yacht does not need a fixed homeport for this: whether it spends the summer in the Western Mediterranean or the winter in the Caribbean, our digital booking management handles enquiries globally.
Your owner days come first
You can still use your yacht spontaneously at any time. A quick message is enough and we block your owner days in the central calendar. We schedule every charter booking flexibly around your personal plans.
Your crew remains your team
We work in close alignment with your Captain and your existing crew. The Captain always retains the final word on board, especially on vessel safety and navigational decisions. We take over all administrative communication with the guest agencies.
Discretion and presentation: public or off-market
You decide how your yacht is presented and which images are used. On request, we list it publicly across the major global platforms for maximum reach. Or we keep it strictly off-market and offer it only to verified partner agencies for selected clients.
Contract, tax and payout
Charters are contracted to MYBA standards. A security deposit is not automatic; if you want added protection, for example for event charters or guests travelling with pets, we integrate a tailored Security Deposit clause. For VAT, we work closely with your family office or tax advisors and issue proper invoices. All guest payments are held in a separate client escrow account; after the charter and the APA reconciliation, your owner's share is wired to you promptly and transparently.

With us, charter works for your yacht and never dictates your calendar. You use your vessel whenever you wish, and we schedule every booking around your plans. No fixed costs: if we do not secure a booking, you do not pay a cent.

You tell us about your yacht, your owner periods and your expectations. Nancy Maier holds this conversation personally and in confidence.
Review and onboarding
We check whether your yacht suits our portfolio: modern or immaculately maintained, typically 20 metres and above, with a permanent professional crew and full commercial or compliant charter registration.
Placement
You decide on images and presentation. We then list your yacht publicly on the global platforms or offer it discreetly off-market to verified partner agencies, working with leading retail agencies worldwide.
Booking and charter
Bookings are made on a MYBA-standard agreement, with a security deposit clause if you wish. Your owner days stay blocked in the central calendar, and your crew is spared all communication with the guest agencies.
Settlement and payout
All guest payments go into a separate client escrow account. Once the charter is over and the APA has been settled, we transfer your owner's share to your account without delay.

Absolutely. Your vessel remains yours first and foremost. You always have absolute priority. A quick notice blocks out your chosen owner days in the central calendar. We dynamically schedule charter bookings around your personal plans.
Only the global elite. As your Central Agent, we distribute your yacht’s profile to verified international retail brokerage houses, targeting ultra-high-net-worth clients worldwide.
No fixed costs, zero risk. Our charter management operates strictly on a performance-based commission. Our terms mirror established industry standards (such as MYBA), seamlessly covering the global distribution network and commission incentives for partner agencies at zero upfront cost to you. If we do not secure a booking, you do not pay a cent.
Not necessarily. We adapt strictly to your preferences. Within the professional crewed charter sector, a fixed security deposit is not a mandatory default, as your qualified permanent crew operates the vessel and your hull insurance is active. However, should you require elevated protection, such as for large event charters or pet-friendly bookings, we will integrate a tailored Security Deposit clause into the MYBA agreement to fully safeguard your asset.
Your crew remains your trusted team. We work in close alignment with your Captain and existing crew. The Captain always retains ultimate authority on board, especially regarding vessel safety and navigational decisions. Furthermore, we completely shield your crew from administrative hassle by handling all communication with the guest agencies.
No, our operations are completely location-independent. Whether your yacht spends the summer in the Western Mediterranean (e.g., Mallorca, Côte d'Azur) and winters in the Caribbean, our digital booking management tracks inquiries globally and dynamically adjusts the marketing strategy to your vessel’s current location.
Absolute discretion upon request. You choose how your yacht is presented to the market. We can list your vessel publicly across major global networks for maximum reach, or keep it strictly "Off-Market," presenting it only to verified partner agencies for pre-vetted clients.
Legally compliant and transparent. Tax regulations depend heavily on your yacht's flag state and the charter's place of departure. We work hand-in-hand with your family office or tax advisors, issue proper commercial invoices, and ensure that all local VAT obligations are seamlessly executed within the MYBA agreements.
On time and fully secured. All incoming charterer funds are held in a secure client escrow account. Upon successful completion of the charter and the final reconciliation of operational funds (such as the APA for fuel and provisioning), your owner’s share is instantly and transparently wired to your designated bank account.
